Orders are processed/prepared for delivery within one working day. 

Items are posted Royal Mail Signed For.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If the item you ordered is not suitable then please return item in orginal packaging with all labels attached and in an unworn condition.

It may be beneficial for the customer to use a returns postage service that ensures a proof of postage and delivery, such as royal mail recorded delivery service.

This item must be returned within seven days of customer receiving it and the cost of the postage must be paid by the customer.

Refunds can only be obtained if the item is faulty.

No Refunds can be issued for Sale items or Embellished items.

No Returns on Sale items.
